Job Summary:
DSI Recycling Systems Inc, is Clean Burn’s leading distributor of used-oil fired hot air furnaces and boilers. Our team is built on the principles of hard work, innovation, and a commitment to quality. At DSI, used oil heating systems are our business. Our factory trained installers and service personnel will provide our clients with the after-sale support they require. DSI distributes shop equipment that translates to immediate economic and environmental savings for everyone from large corporations to small business owners. DSI offers turnkey operations including sales, installation and service on all of its products. DSI has sold and serviced the Clean Burn line since 1990 and has developed a strong, focused staff of sales and service professionals.

A Clean Burn furnace allows you to safely and economically provide heating with used oil generated on site, reducing heating costs while eliminating the environmental cradle-to-grave liability for spills and mishaps during transportation and storage.

Position Summary

We are looking for candidates to perform the duties required in our Parts Department. Our previous person of 20 years has accepted a promotion in our company and will be available to train the successful candidate.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

● Receiving Customer calls for part requests

● Selecting appropriate shipping vendors

● Packaging and shipping parts orders for Canada.

● Processing credit card payments for Canada and the USA.

● Invoicing

● Inventory reporting

● Unpacking and restocking parts.

Training will be provided on the proper handling of our products, procedures, and equipment.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a small office with a fast pace. Multi-tasking, customer service, and attention to detail carry significant importance in this role.

Experience and Skills:
- Previous role with administrative experience is preferred
- +2 Years Experience in a Parts position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs is required
- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of Furnace/Boiler systems is beneficial
- Strong negotiation skills for procurement activities
- Mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment is desirable
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience with coordinating Inventory and parts for multiple locations is a plus

This position will require overtime during the busy season, from September to March, and benefit from flexibility in schedule in our slower season from April to August.
