Position: Assistant Baker
Location: Middleton Street
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in baking and a keen interest in delivering high-quality pastries and beverages. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and making bubble tea drinks, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries and desserts according to established recipes.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of baked goods through precise measurements and baking techniques.
• Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Assist in the decoration and presentation of baked goods to enhance visual appeal.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and fulfilling special requests.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to prepare and serve bubble tea drinks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods and beverages.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹11,000.00 per month
