The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role within our People & Culture team, providing comprehensive administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle.

As our People & Culture (HR) Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will provide high-quality HR support from recruitment and onboarding to data entry and offboarding. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills will be key to maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire People & Culture team.

  • Provide high quality Human Resources (HR) support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation and exit reviews, data entry, documentation and offboarding.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to all members of the People & Culture team, in particular migration, recruitment, payroll and HR generalist functions.

  • Assist in maintaining Workday (HRIS) with up-to-date employee data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and provide support in its utilisation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.

  • Ensure administrative accuracy, completion and compliance is consistently met ensuring strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, privacy standards and governance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You bring previous experience in a HR administration role.

  • A qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field, with a HR Graduate level opportunity, is desirable.

  • You possess sound numeracy and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, particularly in data management and documentation.

  • Your well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills allow you to liaise effectively with internal and external clients at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an effective and supportive team member to deliver quality outputs and meet deadlines.

  • You also have a demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, policies and procedures.

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional service excellence to all stakeholders is essential.

  • You have proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS, ideally Workday.
