Help our licensed pharmacists provide carefully prepared medications and high-quality care to patients. Advocate for patient safety as part of an empowered team by adhering to stringent standards. Update the patient census using Omnicell pharmacy inventory automation systems. Assist with the training of students, interns, and new technicians. Many of our pharmacy techs go on to become licensed pharmacists within our hospital. Shift: Full - Day flex position between the hours of 7:00am-7:15pm (37.5hrs week)

May be required to work every weekend during the first two years of employment. Multiple opportunities

• Please note that this role requires hazardous drug handling, hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding and hazardous non-sterile compounding.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience utilizing Omnicell pharmacy inventory automation systems.

• 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital environment

• IV experience ideal

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma/GED

• PTCB Certification or NHA Certification

• New York State Pharmacy Technician License
