About the role:
As a permanent full time Primary Teacher, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Teach the NSW and French curriculum to students in primary school (Preschool to year 5 or from Maternelle to CM2)
- Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standard expected
- Embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School
- Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $90,100 AUD and a maximum of $132,522 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)
About the ideal candidate:
- Licence + Maîtrise or Master in Primary Education + Exam (CRPE), subject to assessment by Australian agencies
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Primary
- Previous experience in the French Education system
- Native speaker French plus English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS overall band score of at least 5.0, with no component below 4.5
- Relational and reflective classroom teacher and collaborative community member focused on improving educational outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to engage with students using inclusive and innovative pedagogical practices
