Description:
What will I contribute?

Ensure accurate stock management: daily checks, bookings, and end-of-day stock balancing.
Coordinate with packing, processing, and category teams for timely order processing and communication.
Handle daily order processing, stock assessments, and manage discrepancies with QA and accounts teams.
Maintain a safe working environment, meeting production deadlines and ensuring food safety and quality standards.
Support in the afternoon as a Filling Supervisor and ensure customer deliveries meet expectations.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
To deliver goods to our customers within their specifications and expectations.
To understand your cost of doing business (CODB) and proactively improve processes and systems.

Skills and Experiences:
What do I need for the role?

Experience in stock management, order processing, and coordination within a production environment.
Keen attention to detail
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Experience in a team leader or a 2IC capacity, communicate effectively, and continuously improve production processes.
Knowledge of OH&S policies, with a focus on workplace safety and compliance.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Ironbark and production planning software such as ‘Think Fresh.’
