A Day In the Life

Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

• Portfolio based property management (160 properties)
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
• Minimise and maintain rental arrears

The Successful Candidate

• Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
• A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
