We’re seeking a skilled and strategic Purchasing Manager to manage our procurement operations and ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform the daily purchasing functions for raw materials, components, and services essential to manufacturing operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with production schedules and cost targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams to support operational goals.

Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
