We are a private, multi-generational real estate developer, owner, and manager specializing in multifamily apartment rentals in New York City. We are distinguished industry-wide for having consistently broken new ground as a pioneer in the luxury apartment rental business. We are looking for an Administrative assistant in our Long Island Office.
Essential Responsibilities:
- General office duties -copies, mailing, filing, scanning
- Accurately type/proofread letters
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform Data Entry tasks and create/print reports
- Handle requests for information and data
- Daily data entry
- Assist and support Management Supervisors
- Create and maintain documentation for all routinely performed tasks.
- Answering/routing phone calls and taking messages in a professional manner
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Collaboration with property managers to ensure timely project completion.
Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent Administrative, Organizational and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and excellent follow up skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Yardi Experience required

- 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,600.00 per year
