About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a cluster of our residential Centre's. You’ll lead and empower our Centre Managers and teams, ensuring best practice in care delivery, governance, safeguarding, and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and professional support to Social Care Managers
- Ensure consistent governance through regular centre visits and oversight reports
- Lead on safeguarding, child protection, and ensure adherence to relevant legislation and national standards
- Oversee admissions, care planning, and risk management for young people in our care
- Identify and deliver staff training, support CPD, and contribute to service expansion
- Act as Designated Liaison Officer for child protection matters
- Manage regional budgets and support financial oversight at centre level
- Work closely with HR on staffing, recruitment, and HR matters
- Be part of the organisational on-call rota and provide responsive leadership support
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised Social Care qualification (or related degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in children’s residential care management
- Proven leadership, governance, and service delivery skills
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and best practice standards
- Full clean driver’s license

Required Criteria
- Candidate must have four year's experience in children's residential care management
- Candidate must have a recognised Social Care qualification (or related degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, etc.)
