Sourcing and group formation - Disciplined with RO has to identify prospective women members and encourage them to form a centre with a specified number of members
Conduct CPV(contact point verification) - Wherein RO should visit each and every member at their residence/business and complete the CPV formalties.
Loan maintenance and other responsibilities - recording attendance of customers/issuing of payment receipts, updating passbook / making announcements to customers about next center meeting date and other details.
Other skilled requirements - Good communication skills, Loyal, punctual, social skills, integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
