Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively, set clear goals, and provide day-to-day support to your sales team.
• Training & Coaching: Design and deliver sales training programs to ensure reps have the skills and knowledge to excel.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse individual and team metrics, using insights to boost results.
• Strategy Development: Devise innovative sales techniques to drive revenue and meet company targets.
• Execution: Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and consistent execution across the team.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and solutions.

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the residential sector.
