*Job Description: F&B Supervisor*
*Location*: Vattavada, Munnar *Position*: Full-Time *Experience*: 8+ years in food and beverage management, preferably in a resort/hotel setting
*Reports To*: F&B Manager
*Role Overview*: The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the resort, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This includes managing staff, budgeting, and coordinating between kitchen and service teams. ---
*Key Responsibilities*: - *Operational Management*: Oversee daily F&B operations, including dining outlets and room service. - *Staff Supervision*: Lead, train, and evaluate F&B staff, ensuring high performance. - *Guest Satisfaction*: Ensure exceptional service quality, handle guest complaints, and maintain F&B standards. - *Financial Management*: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue. - *Menu Planning*: Collaborate with the kitchen team to design and update menus based on guest preferences and seasonal offerings. ---
*Requirements*: - *Experience*: 8+ years in F&B management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a resort or hotel. -
*Skills*: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,671.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
