We are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant Captain to lead floor operations and deliver exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, team handling ability, and experience in hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations
Handle guest interactions and ensure excellent service
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
Manage table allocations and reservations
Train and guide waiters and helpers
Maintain hygiene, discipline, and service standards

Requirements

Experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage rush hours professionally
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Salary

Work Location: Fort, Mumbai
