Getting to the Osprey : Free onsite parking for staff . Using public transport , the bus will leave you just a short walk away from the hotel. Using the train , you can hop on the feeder bus into Naas from the Sallins train station and this will leave you with just a short walk to the hotel.

Your New Role

The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent waiting and bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential.

About The Role

Duties will include:

  • Manage the smooth running of the Restaurant
  • Ensuring your team provide exceptional levels of service for every guest
  • Rostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs
  • Training team members and implementing SOPs.
  • Ensuring that the food and beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managed
  • Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the hotel
  • To ensure that all standards are maintained at all times.
  • Covering Duty Manager shifts


The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a four-star property
  • Extensive food and beverage experience
  • Previously held a departmental food and beverage supervisory or assistant management role
  • Excellent knowledge of food and wine
  • Ability to drive excellent customer care
  • Knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
