Main outlet workplace: 8min walk from Haw Par Villa MRT
Other outlets: Woodlands, Bukit Panjang.
Description:
- Bill and invoice Management: Keying of sales orders from walk in customers/WhatsApp orders.
- Cashiering: Processing customer transactions.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock items in warehouse, highlight if stock is not enough for delivery.
- Accounts Management: Keeping track of payments and following up of pending payments.
- Files Management: Filing paperwork passed to you by external and internetal warehouse employees, filing paperwork for tax declaration, tallying and flagging accounts that have missed payments/orders, and any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Able to work Saturday.
- Must be aged twentyone and above to be able to handle restricted tobacco products.
- Basic Computer skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English language to process mandarin documents and liase with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customers.
- Diploma or degree in a related field like Accountacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Retail is a plus.
