Salary: €40,000 including Bonus Structure
Coqbull and Cornstore are part of a vibrant, growing restaurant group known for bold flavours, memorable dining experiences, and a strong community spirit. We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Administration Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business across sales growth, client engagement, and office administration.
This is a hands-on role that combines sales development with administrative support. The successful candidate will help drive group bookings, private hire, and events, while also managing essential administrative tasks to support the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive group, corporate, and private dining sales for Coqbull and Cornstore.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, businesses, and community organisations.
- Support the creation of sales campaigns and packages (Christmas, events, private hire).
- Track sales performance and support reporting to senior management.
Administration
- Provide administrative support to the head office team.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, booking enquiries, and client communications.
- Coordinate sales-related documentation, proposals, and contracts.
- Support marketing and promotions with accurate information and logistics.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, administration, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong IT skills
- Must hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel when required.
