About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Consultants Sales to join our team. In this consultancy role, you will drive new client acquisition, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. Your ability to engage prospects through structured calls and meetings will directly influence business success.

This is a performance-linked consultancy engagement that offers flexibility in working style, combined with transparent, results-driven earnings.

  • Proactive in helping the company grow by identifying new customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present products/services.
  • Answer queries, provide accurate information, and build trust with prospects.
  • Identify customer needs, arrange conference calls and schedule fixed meetings.
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team and support in deal closures.
  • Maintain updated and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Work towards achieving monthly KRAs (Calls, Meetings, Revenue).
  • Submit timely reports on activities and results.

Desired Background

  • Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets or performance benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, CRMs, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and present product/service details.
  • Language proficiency in English (required) and at least one regional language: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.

Engagement Model & Schedule

  • Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000/month (Retainer + Incentives)
  • Location: Remote (own laptop & Wi-Fi required)
  • Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (structured, results-driven)
  • Engagement Type: Contractual (not employment)

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Conference Calls with Prospects → Reach and engage target leads through structured outreach.
  • Fixed Client Meetings → Convert calls into meaningful client meetings with decision-makers.
  • Revenue Generation → Contribute directly to achieving monthly revenue benchmarks.
