About this opportunity

As an Inside Sales Consultant you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement for SilverChef. You will connect with new and existing customers through inbound and outbound channels, with a focus on retaining and expanding relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires a solutions-oriented approach, aiming to identify sales opportunities, build strong customer connections, and support SilverChef’s strategic objectives around asset utilisation, growth, and customer lifetime value.

With guidance from the Inside Sales and Solutions Leader, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, identify potential sales solutions, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout their customer lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed

Prior sales experience, particularly in outbound or consultative selling, is highly regarded.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a solutions-oriented approach.
Commercial acumen, with comfort in analysing and interpreting key sales metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously when required, and maintain high attention to detail.
Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
