Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products and services.
- Engage in inside sales activities, presenting solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of outbound calling techniques and inside sales processes.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within the market.

Pay: $60,603.00 - $72,656.00 per year
