Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to join CRENZA Interiors. The role involves handling enquiries, converting leads into projects, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, follow-ups, and interested in the interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and calls.
- Generate new leads through networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed interior projects.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Any degree (Interior/Architecture knowledge is an added advantage).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Email).
