Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant Car Exchange to join our team in Gorakhpur. This is a full-time, mid-level position suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and exchanges, negotiating deals, and providing comprehensive service aligned with our company's standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Automotive knowledge (Mandatory skill): Proficient understanding of car specifications and industry trends crucial for advising clients on suitable vehicle options.
- Negotiation skills (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively negotiate terms and pricing to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company sales objectives.
- Product knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep awareness of SKODA products and services to accurately communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Customer service: Exceptional ability to provide excellent support to clients, ensuring a positive buying experience and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Sales techniques: Proven expertise in utilizing various sales strategies and techniques to effectively close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to customers and team members.
- Problem-solving: Adept at identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional networks, enabling access to potential clients and industry resources.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and propose suitable vehicle options for exchange opportunities.
- Employ exceptional negotiation skills to structure and close beneficial deals for both clients and the company.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to guide customers through the selection process, highlighting key features and advantages.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management.
- Deliver exemplary customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage follow-up activities with prospective clients and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer experiences.
- Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to engage potential customers and increase sales opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
