Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector. The Sales Representative will leverage their skills in negotiation, customer service, and product demonstrations to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Manage a designated territory to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Provide technical sales support and product demos to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
- Strong background in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and engage customers effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
