Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels.
Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Represent the company at events, trade shows, or promotional activities (if required).

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Details:

Position: Full-time
Location: Goa
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + incentives/commissions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
