Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for driving sales and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, or promotional activities (if required).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Details:
- Position: Full-time
- Location: Goa
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience + incentives/commissions
