We are hiring a Sales Representative on a permanent basis to cover sales activities within the Kildare area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a commercial environment.
Valid Irish driving license.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay close attention to detail.
Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on new customer acquisition and sales growth within the designated territory through cold calling and in-person meetings.
Assess client needs, present tailored waste management solutions, and provide detailed quotations.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies within the assigned area.
Maintain detailed sales plans and regularly report on revenue, sales performance, and opportunities.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Billing and Credit Control, to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and achieve revenue goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and contribute to a safe workplace for colleagues and customers.
Actively participate in the Performance Management process to align with organizational objectives.

Pay: €25,400.00-€58,352.77 per year
