Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact construction and infrastructure projects across the region. This role requires strong leadership in project execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, while ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive a strong safety culture and integrate health, safety, and sustainability considerations across all phases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-outs, construction, and facilities projects.
- Support efforts toward achieving green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark).
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee contractor and supplier selection in line with safety and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of project management capabilities.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to service expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
