Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of the shipping management processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments to go via sea or air freight
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of shipping documents via Airway bill editor
• Assist in fulfilling returns and supplies to various locations
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills

• Experience working in a freight forwarding warehouse setting is preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and measuring of stock.
• Familiarity with AWB Editor (Airway Bill Editor) system is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in general warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
