Now, we’re on the hunt for a Junior Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team. If you live and breathe social media, love creating content, and want to help grow a brand that women genuinely rave about, this role is for you.

The Role
This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days look the same. Your main superpower needs to be content creation — whether it’s reels, styling product photos, or writing captions that make people stop scrolling. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in every part of marketing — we’ll provide training and support on things like email marketing, ad campaigns, and analytics. What we really need is your creativity, energy, and willingness to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.
• Write scroll-stopping captions and short-form copy that speaks in the FitPink voice.
• Help manage influencer collaborations and ambassador partnerships.
• Jump in on photoshoots, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Support with email campaigns, graphics, and other marketing projects (training provided).
• Keep an eye on social trends and suggest fun, fresh ideas for the brand.
• Engage with our online community — replying to comments, DMs, and customer shoutouts.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re confident creating content (photos, reels, TikToks) and love being creative online.
• You know your way around TikTok and Instagram trends — or you’re excited to learn fast.
• Great communicator with strong written skills.
• Organised, proactive, and happy to take initiative.
• Experience with Canva and video editing tools is a big plus (but not essential).
• Someone who wants to learn and grow with us — we’ll train you on the rest!
