We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content publishing, audience engagement, performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth online community management for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, & Instagram) during night hours.
• Schedule, publish, and optimize posts using social media management tools.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content requirements.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.
• Handle crisis management and escalate issues when necessary.
• Engage with international audiences in different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing global accounts.
• Knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
