L’Hotel cerca un/a Sous Chef da inserire nella brigata di cucina.
La figura affiancherà lo Chef di Cucina nella gestione operativa del reparto, contribuendo alla realizzazione dei menù, alla formazione del personale e al mantenimento degli standard qualitativi e igienico-sanitari previsti dal manuale HACCP.
Principali attività:
- Coordinare e supervisionare le partite di cucina durante il servizio;
- Collaborare con lo Chef nella pianificazione dei menù e delle ricette;
- Gestire ordini e controllo delle materie prime;
- Verificare la corretta applicazione delle norme igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/08, Reg. CE 852/2004);
- Formare e motivare i collaboratori di reparto (cuochi, commis, lavapiatti);
- Sostituire lo Chef in caso di assenza, garantendo continuità operativa.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Contratto con partita IVA, Collaborazione
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: €1.600,00 - €2.908,99 al mese
