Per la stagione estiva (Aprile-Ottobre 2026), selezioniamo un Sous Chef che diventi il braccio destro dell’Executive Chef. Cerchiamo una figura operativa, veloce e capace di gestire responsabilità.
IL LAVORO
- Operatività: Presenza attiva in partita, garantendo tempi rapidi e alta qualità.
- Leadership: Gestione autonoma della brigata durante i riposi o le assenze dell'Executive Chef.
- Il Servizio: Focus principale sul pranzo (12:00-15:00) ad alta intensità. Servizio serale attivo solo Venerdì e Sabato (o eventi).
- Gestione: Controllo qualità in uscita, gestione scadenze/stoccaggio e rispetto norme HACCP.
CHI CERCHIAMO
- Esperienza: Capo Partita Senior pronto al salto o Sous Chef esperto sui grandi numeri.
- Attitudine: Velocità, ordine e capacità di mantenere la calma durante il "colpo di fuoco".
- Flessibilità: Abilità nel passare dalla cucina classica ligure a preparazioni più veloci con la stessa cura.
COSA OFFRIAMO
- Contratto stagionale (Aprile-Ottobre).
- Ottimo equilibrio vita-lavoro: Cene operative limitate al weekend.
- Crescita professionale lavorando con metodi organizzativi strutturati.
