We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef with experience in a fast paced environment, that are passionate, have excellent attention to detail and work well with the team to deliver excellent standards.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
  • Be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at one time
  • Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
  • To pass on all knowledge that will help Hamlets Street Food Kitchen in its day-to-day running
  • Lead by example in excellent food production
  • Collaborate with the senior team in the compilation of creative and innovative menus.

Pay: €36,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
