Position: Steward/Stewardess
Location: Middleton Street
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Stewards/Stewardesses to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills on English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Himalayan cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
