About the Role

As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
Creating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment. You love engaging with customers, motivating your team, and bringing a high standard of energy and attention to everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum)
A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operations
A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountability
Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
