Eclipse Stores Inc. is a women’s fashion retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We’re hiring an inspiring and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in Place d'Orléans Mall.

What You’ll Do:

· Coach and empower your team to exceed sales goals.

· Provide exceptional customer experiences.

· Manage all store operations.

· Hire, train, and develop team members.

· Ensure compliance to visual presentation and store standards.

· Manage employee performance.

What You Bring:

· Retail or service management experience.

· Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

· High level of organization.

· Merchandising experience.

· Post-secondary education or equivalent.
