Our Team at Homesavers looking for a motivated Store Manager to support our Senior Management team in driving sales and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at our Dublin store.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Management Team in achieving store performance targets.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
- Analyse sales data and recommend actionable insights.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Ensure merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Support recruitment and manage weekly rosters.
Requirements
- Strong background in retail supervision or management.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€41,000.00 per year
