We are currently recruiting for a Store Supervisor to lead our team of Sales Assistants in our busy retail store in Nenagh, Co Tipperary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver on all responsibilities and targets set
- Ensuring the team are offering excellent customer service at all times
- Opening and closing the premises.
- Placing orders for stock
- Ensuring all health and safety and hygiene practices are adhered to
- Operating and balancing the cash registers.
- Greeting and seating customers and telling them about our amazing products
- Cleaning duties such as sanitizing, sweeping floors, etc.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least one year’s previous Supervisory experience – preferably in Cash and Carry or Retail Store.
- At least 2 years retail customer service experience.
- Ability to demonstrate where you have led a team of people to success in the past
- A passion to look after our customers.
- Good communication skills are essential with good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- A customer focused, can-do attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
