Superintendent, Bronx, NY
This leading GC have a 40-year history of delivering bespoke public projects throughout NY & NJ states.
They are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join their growing business and take the lead on a $50M renovation project in the Bronx.
They are looking for someone with circa 10 years’ experience and at least one larger-scale ($50M+) public agency project under their belt as the lead. Further experience in occupied renovations is preferred. Likewise, while a DOB License is not required for this project, it would also be strongly preferred due to future projects typically requiring it.
This is a great opportunity for a technical and diligent Superintendent to grow their career within an established and respected GC with a robust pipeline of work throughout NYC and NJ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
