Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining store standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning for the store.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Follow up and ensure resolution of guest- related issues as needed.
Perform walk- throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/ close and /or rush-ready.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Shift scheduling and time management.
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Adaptability and decision making under pressure.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
