Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining store standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning for the store.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Follow up and ensure resolution of guest- related issues as needed.
• Perform walk- throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/ close and /or rush-ready.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Shift scheduling and time management.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Adaptability and decision making under pressure.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
