Coffee Rush Drive Thru Limerick is opening soon. We are delighted to invite applications for the role of Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee the day to day operations of the drive thru.
Duties will include:
- Train new employees in line with company SOPs
- Adherence to all HACCP procedures and systems
- Managing orders and ensuring stocking levels are adequate at all times.
- Managing deliveries and ensuring they are accurate and on time.
- Identifying staff training needs and ensuring training plans are carried out and documented.
- Monitor employee performance, ensuring proactive approach to dealing with same.
- Responsible for cash and cashing processes and procedures.
- Promote a high level of service for all customers at all times.
- Maintain regular communication with Management
- Ensure that all duties and assignments are performed and completed in a timely manner
- Assign duties to staff
- Assist with roster in line with business requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
