Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to provide Level 2 IT support across desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows environments, basic Active Directory tasks, and the ability to resolve end-user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN management.
• Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewalls.
• Provide Level 2 support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)

· Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, keyboards, etc.)

· Install, configure, and support Windows OS, MS Office, and business applications

· Manage and track incidents, service requests, and escalations using communication platforms

· Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflicts)

· Support and maintain user accounts in Active Directory (account creation, password resets, account lockouts)

· Assist with new user setup, system configuration, and software installations

· Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset records

· Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and SOPs

Key Requirements:

• Experience with network monitoring, firewall policy management, VPN configuration, and network security using Fortinet solutions.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support/System Administration (Level 2)

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting

· Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Networking

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

· Exposure to ticketing tools/communication platforms for incident management

· Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices

· Awareness of IT security best practices
