D2P Foods Limited is seeking to hire multiple Team Members in the Auckland region. The position involves the preparation and cooking of pizzas, assisting with general kitchen operations, and delivering a high standard of customer service. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are committed to maintaining product quality and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and assorted toppings including vegetables and meats.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure all pizzas meet company quality standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with orders and general inquiries.
• Support the achievement of daily sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Track stock levels and alert the Store Manager when restocking is necessary.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, ensuring all tools and surfaces are properly sanitised before use.
• Package pizzas accurately for both dine-in and takeaway customers.
• Organise and manage order tickets to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Dispose of any expired or spoiled ingredients responsibly at the end of each shift.
• Assist with store opening procedures, including setting up for daily operations.
• Handle customer transactions using a range of payment methods.
• Deliver orders to customer locations when required, provided a valid driver’s licence is held.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

Other essential requirements for the role:

• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between Monday and Sunday,
• A valid driver’s licence is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to drive for pizza deliveries as part of the role.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
• No criminal convictions: a clean background is essential.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability
