Position: Telesales Executive
Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates to join our night shift telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer responses and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales Ability: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and telecommunication systems.
- Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.
- Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹25,586.88 per month
