Vehicle Department Sales Executive

Wilsons Auctions, the largest independently owned auction group in the Ireland & UK, is expanding, and our Dublin Branch is looking for a driven Vehicle Department Sales Executive to join our fastpaced, customerfocused team.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with both buyers and sellers - you'll be their trusted point of contact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating confidently in person, by phone and email.
• Manage the full vehicle sales & auction journey - valuation, lotting, preparation, catalogue accuracy, sale day activity, and postsale followthrough.
• Ensure all sales activity meets internal processes and auction timelines - accuracy and speed matter.
• Work closely with senior management and internal teams across ROI & the UK, ensuring smooth coordination and strong results.
• Liaise with the Marketing Team to support weekly sales promotions and highlight key stock.
• Represent the business professionally - be a visible ambassador for the Vehicle Department.
• Be confident and comfortable using technology and IT systems to manage entries, communication, and reporting.
• Bring ideas, energy, and ambition - this role offers significant opportunities for growth and career progression.

What You'll Bring (Essential)

• A full clean driving licence held for 3+ years and willingness to travel as needed.
• At least 1 years' experience in a client/customerfacing role - motor trade background desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities.

Desirable Skills

• Strong IT proficiency.
• A flexible approach to working hours - occasional evening work may be required.
• A professional, outgoing, peoplefocused approach - able to engage confidently at all levels.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
