We're seeking a skilled Video Editor who specializes in creating engaging documentary-style content and high-retention social media videos. If you're passionate about storytelling through visuals and have experience with faceless documentary editing, YouTube content, and Instagram reels—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Editing:

• 8-15 minute faceless documentary videos for YouTube - Thrice a week
• 30-90 second high-impact reels for Instagram and social platforms - 1 Reel Daily
• Brand content, commercial projects, and investigative storytelling
• Travel vlogs, lifestyle content, and promotional videos

Required Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (color grading), After Effects (motion graphics)
• Candidates must have entire WFH setup
• Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives with proper pacing and emotional engagement
• Technical Expertise: Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, AI-enhanced visuals
• Fast Turnaround: Deliver broadcast-quality projects within 24-36 Hours
• Communication: Clear, professional communication with clients and team members

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience with faceless documentary editing
• Portfolio showcasing YouTube documentaries and social media content
• Understanding of retention strategies and platform-specific optimization
• Knowledge of AI tools (Runway ML, Midjourney) for visual enhancement
• Ability to work with international clients across time zones

Project Examples You Should Excel At:

• Aviation disasters, investigative documentaries
• Brand campaigns for energy drinks, apparel, lifestyle products
• Travel vlogs with cinematic color grading
• AI-generated short films requiring frame-by-frame correction
• High-conversion YouTube thumbnails and reels
