About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Creative Executive who can independently manage everything visual — from designing visiting cards and posters to shooting videos, cinematography, and creating high-quality reels for social media and ads.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the entire creative process — ideation → design → shoot → edit → publish — across education and beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Branding

• Design visiting cards, brochures, posters, standees, banners, certificates, and digital creatives.
• Create static and carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook, and ads.
• Maintain brand consistency across Arena Animation and Lakmé Academy creatives.

2. Video Shooting & Cinematography

• Handle in-house video shoots using DSLR/mirrorless camera.

Shoot:

• Reels & short-form videos
• Student testimonials
• Faculty introductions
• Events, workshops, and campus activities
• Frame shots, manage lighting, composition, and camera movement.

3. Video Editing & Reels Creation

• Edit reels, shorts, and promotional videos with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Add text animations, transitions, background music, and effects.

Create platform-optimized videos for:

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Meta & Google Ads

4. Motion Graphics

• Create motion graphics, animated text, and transitions.
• Convert static creatives into animated versions when required.

5. Social Media & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the digital marketing team for ad creatives and campaigns.
• Adapt content into multiple formats and ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9).
• Support monthly content calendars with creative ideas and executions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
