Accounting Assistant – Total Roofing Systems
Location: Stuart, FL Job Type: Full-Time

Total Roofing Systems is a trusted leader in the roofing industry, dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our growing team and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable management: Process customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- QuickBooks utilization: Enter and reconcile transactions, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Data entry: Input and update financial information with precision and efficiency.
- Administrative support: Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and other office tasks as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Background in Accounts Receivable and general accounting practices.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
