About Us:
Kelbuild Ltd, an award-winning construction management company based in Mullingar, is growing and looking for a motivated Accounts Administrator to join our finance team.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Support: Data entry, invoice processing, supplier queries, PO system maintenance.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Monthly supplier and credit card reconciliations, supplier statement checks.

· Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Administration: Maintaining records, filing, and supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting.
  • Data input and maintenance of financial records using Sage 50 Accounts system. Knowledge of Sage is beneficial but not essential.
  • Oversee and maintain the Live Costs Purchase Order system.
  • Communicate with suppliers, including setting up supplier / customer accounts and resolving invoice queries.
  • Ad hoc administration duties such as filing, stationery orders, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an accounts or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ROS is beneficial but not essential.
