Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join our team and develop a successful and rewarding career while gaining significant training and experience in all areas of accounts and finance across our three companies.
Duties include
- Processing of supplier invoices.
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Invoicing preparation, and issuing statements.
- Assistance with intercompany month end procedures.
- Debtors and Creditors ledger and assistance with credit control.
- General intercompany accounting administration
- Assisting with various ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
Candidate requirements.
- Full / Part qualification in accounting or finance.
- Experienced Accounts assistant/ book keeper with good industry knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with sage line 50 or similar accounts package.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in a busy environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate & high quality work.
- Be a self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on own initiative
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
