Legacy Childcare is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position would begin as soon as possible. Duties would include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients
Answering phones
Taking and recording payments
Making bank deposits
Typing letters and notices
Assisting Educators with sourcing materials and laminating
Taking inventory and ordering Cleaning supplies
Filing
A successful candidate must :
Have experience working a front office
Have excellent references
Be professional and confidential
Be punctual and reliable
Be friendly and welcoming
Hours for this position are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover the closing shift as required. (9:15 am-6:15 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.77 per hour
Work Location: In person
